Increased Diversity In Younger Latinos Has Fueled An Opportunity For Local Businesses To Target New Consumers In A Changing Economy
Tucson, Arizona (January 4, 2021) – In response to the growing buying power within Tucson’s Hispanic population, estimated at $2 Billion in local area retail sales, Bustos Media has launched Tucson’s newest Latin Mix & Reggaeton station, 92.5FM Urbana.
Urbana’s powerful and upbeat music promises to wage a fierce battle among local Regional Mexican and English Pop/Rap stations to capture a younger bilingual audience that is increasingly gravitating to Latin Urban music featuring artists like: Bad Bunny, Ozuna, Maluma, Luis Fonsi, Daddy Yankee, Camilo, Farruko, Darlene, Carol G and Rosalia.
Bustos Media has also announced that local veteran DJ Carlos Zeta will host the morning show, assist with local programming and oversee all commercial production.
